Who runs this panel

What we store about panel users
- Your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar ID, received when you log in with Discord. We do not receive your email address or your servers.
- A session cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days, and the time and browser name of each session.
- The Minecraft servers you add, your team memberships and a log of settings changes on those servers.
What we store about Minecraft players
The RetentionCore plugin keeps raw player data on the Minecraft server. When a server is linked to this panel, the plugin uploads finished reports: counts and percentages, the names of up to 25 recently departed players with the reason they left, the names of online players with a risk score, and a list of player names for search. Details of a single player are read from the Minecraft server only when a team member opens that player, and are cached for one minute. Chat messages and IP addresses are never sent to the panel.
The server owner is responsible for informing their players, for example in their server rules or privacy notice.
How long we keep data
Reports are replaced with every upload. Deleting a server removes its reports immediately. Deleting your account removes your account, the servers you own and your memberships. Settings logs are deleted after 180 days, expired sessions within an hour.
Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed to log you in. There is no tracking or advertising.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time under Account in the panel. For access, correction or other requests, contact us at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
